Strong team leadership is essential for providing guidance, direction and instruction among a group of individuals. Our nationally recognised qualification is designed to provide a foundation for development in the role of team leader within a care setting and, on achievement, evidences that the learner has fully understood these key principles.

Eligibility Criteria
Aged 19+ (born before 01/09/1999) Aged 19 – 23 Must already have a level 2 in any other subject
Lived in the UK or EU for the past 3 years. This course is available Fully funded if you meet the above criteria
